About

Since 1981, attorney Mark Shriver has served as a skilled advocate for individuals and families who want someone in their corner to listen to their needs and provide personalized, professional legal representation.

Keeping his clients' best interests in mind, Mr. Shriver seeks to resolve most legal disputes through negotiation, but is an aggressive litigator for situations in which a cooperative agreement cannot be reached.

Mr. Shriver also is in demand as a mediator and arbitrator, assisting attorneys throughout Metro Atlanta to settle divorce and other family dispute cases with a collaborative approach, which is both cost-effective and allows for a more amenable outcome for all parties.

Mark Shriver personally manages every case to ensure that each client receives the results they deserve from one of North Atlanta's most respected, experienced family law attorneys.
